Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving organizational culture. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce planning. Your energetic approach will drive continuous improvement in HR processes, support organizational growth, and ensure a positive employee experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company success through innovative HR strategies and effective team leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), social media management, and HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Lead employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management systems, and succession planning efforts to promote career growth and organizational stability.
Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws including FMLA and affirmative action planning.
Drive change management projects by designing organization structures, facilitating communication across departments, and supporting HR legal compliance management.
Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while fostering a positive work environment through conflict management strategies.
Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel for HR data collection, reporting, and decision-making to optimize workforce management practices.

Skills

Extensive experience in human capital management, human resources management, and employment law compliance.
Proven ability in project management with a focus on strategic planning, organization design, and talent management initiatives.
Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS; familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro is highly desirable.
Experience in the medical and health Field
Strong knowledge of governing laws and accreditations (HIPAA, AHCA, DCF, etc.)
Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and cross-department collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), payroll processing software (Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now), and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR functions.
Skilled in conflict management, employment & labor law interpretation, and fostering an inclusive workplace aligned with affirmative action goals.
