Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to elevate our restaurant brand’s online presence. In this role, you will craft engaging content, manage multiple social media platforms, and analyze digital marketing performance to connect with our community and showcase our culinary offerings. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us build a vibrant digital footprint, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with our loyal patrons. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in social media marketing within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Duties

Develop and execute compelling social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to promote menu items, events, and brand initiatives
Create high-quality visual content including photography, graphic design, and short videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent engagement
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity
Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost posts and reach specific audiences effectively
Track and analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall branding goals and promotional campaigns

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring
Proficiency with media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content
Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices for social media content marketing, and SEO principles
Knowledge of social listening techniques, web analytics, keyword research, and marketing online analytics to inform strategy decisions
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with relationship management on social channels to foster community engagement and customer loyalty
