About the Position

We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and highly motivated person who enjoys helping people succeed.

This is far more than operating therapy equipment.

You will become one of the primary people patients interact with throughout their recovery. You'll encourage them, educate them, celebrate their progress, and help them stay motivated.

You will work directly alongside Dr. Gray and an experienced team while learning skills that very few healthcare offices provide.

What You'll Do--Patient Care & Rehabilitation

Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises
Apply therapies such as StemWave, decompression, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound
Assist with movement testing and functional assessments
Help patients understand and follow their treatment plans
Document patient progress
Assist with digital X-rays (training provided)

Patient Experience

Welcome patients with enthusiasm and professionalism
Build encouraging relationships throughout care
Help patients feel comfortable, confident, and supported
Celebrate patient milestones and successes

Technology

Learn advanced rehabilitation technologies
Track patient progress
Help improve clinical systems and efficiency

Team Support

Every member of our team is cross-trained to help one another. You may occasionally assist with scheduling, patient communication, or other clinic operations as needed.

Schedule

Approximately 36 hours per week.

Typical clinic schedule:

Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

No evenings.
No weekends.
