Job Summary
We are a growing behavioral health organization providing comprehensive substance use disorder treatment services, including PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), and supportive housing. Our mission is to help individuals achieve long-term recovery through compassionate, evidence-based care and a strong continuum of support.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our treatment and supportive housing programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about helping others, understands substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, and is looking for a long-term career with opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of PHP, IOP, and supportive housing programs.
Ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
Support staffing needs, scheduling, onboarding, and employee performance.
Coordinate all operations, resident support, and property-related concerns.
Assist with policy implementation, quality assurance, and operational improvements.
Respond to operational issues, client concerns, and crisis situations as needed.
Work collaboratively with clinical leadership to support client outcomes and program effectiveness.
Foster a positive, recovery-oriented culture throughout the organization.

Skills

Strong understanding of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Experience in PHP, IOP, residential treatment, supportive housing, or recovery housing programs.
Familiarity of regulatory and compliance requirements within behavioral health services.
Previous supervisory, management, or operational experience.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
