Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional support to clients while actively driving sales. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and multilingual abilities will help create positive experiences for our diverse customer base. Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote and sell products or services confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
Support client services by managing follow-up communications and ensuring timely responses.
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience:

Previous Sales experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clients.
Experience in sales or client services that demonstrates persuasion and relationship-building capabilities.
