Full Job Description

CV Resources is partnering with one of the fastest growing companies in Boise to identify a Hybrid Senior Accountant for its team. This is a mostly remote role that will only require you to go in to the office 1-2 days/week.

Strong general ledger accounting experience is required. NetSuite proficiency is preferred.

You will be responsible for full cycle accounting in accordance with GAAP, reconciling accounts, preparing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring robust accounting controls, supporting budget planning and analysis, and contributing to tax filings and audit preparations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee full-cycle accounting in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Perform general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and improve accounting controls and procedures.
Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
Utilize NetSuite (preferred) or other ERP systems for financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized company.
Strong general ledger accounting expertise.
NetSuite proficiency preferred; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
