Requirements: *Medical Assistant experience required* Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent integrity, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities with time management. Friendliness and tactful communication are essential.

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our supportive and growing practice.

Position Summary:

This is a dual-role position with a primary focus on Medical Assistant (MA) responsibilities and occasional front desk support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, supporting our providers, and offering excellent care and communication to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Assistant Duties (Primary):

Rooming patients and recording vitals, history, and intake details
Assisting providers with procedures, treatments, and follow-ups
Drawing blood, administering injections, and preparing lab specimens
Stocking, cleaning, and preparing treatment rooms
Managing EMR documentation accurately and efficiently
Coordinating diagnostic testing, lab orders, and patient instructions
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
Completing prior authorizations for medications and imaging orders

Reception / Front Desk Support (Secondary):

Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answering phone calls and assisting with patient scheduling
Collecting copays and processing payments
Managing patient communications and appointment reminders
Supporting general administrative tasks as needed

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
