CandidPro is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving growth through proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling to dental practices. You'll identify and engage new prospects, build relationships with practice decision-makers, communicate the value of CandidPro's clear aligner solutions, and convert conversations into qualified opportunities.

This role is 100% remote. We will accept candidates within the United States.

What You'll Do

Lead Conversion:
- Proactively identify and engage prospective dental practices through high-volume outbound calling and other targeted prospecting efforts.
- Cold call dentists and practice decision-makers to introduce CandidPro, uncover business needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Address questions, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value to convert qualified leads into scheduled demos
- Consistently manage and follow up on a pipeline of outbound prospects, moving qualified opportunities through the sales process.

Warm Handoff
- Facilitate a warm handoff to a CandidPro Account Executive after the client has submitted their first clear aligner case.

What You'll Need

2-3 years of experience in a sales/business development (hunter) role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and handle objections effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and structured approach, including consistent and effective follow-through
Self-motivated, with a proactive, results-driven mindset, technologically proficient, comfortable with virtual communication tools and CRM software
Willingness to travel occasionally (<10% travel required).

This role includes a base salary and variable. The OTE for this role is $105,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. To determine our range, we consider as many of the following data points as are available to us: external market salary survey data, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to our other employees. We include equity in our compensation packages because we believe our employees should have the option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Candid to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
