What You'll Do

This role is a blend of office coordination, administrative support, and helping create an exceptional workplace experience.

Office Operations

Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.

Welcome employees, customers, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression of Prismier.

Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional office environment.

Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office logistics.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Order office supplies and maintain inventory within budget.

Coordinate maintenance and service for office equipment.

Provide administrative support to multiple departments across the organization.

Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks, including Salesforce CRM updates.

Help identify and solve day-to-day office needs before they become problems.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes ownership of their work, and naturally creates organization wherever they go.

Two or more years of administrative, office coordination, or office support experience.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

A positive, service-oriented attitude.

Professionalism, dependability, and discretion.

The ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

A genuine passion for helping people and creating a positive workplace.

Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 25–30 hours per week)

Typical Hours: Monday through Friday, daytime schedule (approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00–3:00 p.m.)

Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
