Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical assembly, with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. This role involves working with various electrical components and systems, ensuring high-quality assembly and adherence to industry standards.

Duties

Assemble electrical components and systems according to schematics and technical drawings.
Perform assembly and wiring tasks, ensuring compliance.
Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for assembly processes.
Conduct inspections of assembled products for quality assurance, including the use of calipers and ohmmeters.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field is required.
Familiarity with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and surface mount technology is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics are essential.
Experience with machining processes is a plus.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters is necessary.
