Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your enthusiasm for food service and hospitality will drive the success of our establishment, inspiring staff and delighting guests at every turn. Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards to optimize quality and minimize waste.
Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, providing training in food handling, customer service, and food safety management.
Implement staff training programs, conduct interviews, and manage team schedules to foster a motivated and well-trained workforce.
Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices across all operations.

Requirements

Proven management experience within quick service or fast food restaurants; experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing hospitality operations, and conducting staff training & development.
Ability to handle inventory control effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality assurance.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
Previous experience managing restaurant budgets, analyzing profit & loss statements, and implementing operational improvements.
Knowledge of catering, banquet services, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus.
