Join Our Team as a Sous Chef

Are you a culinary professional with a passion for quality, creativity, and leadership skills? We are hiring a Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team. In this full-time role, including weekends, you’ll work closely with our Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow during service.
Assist with menu development, contributing fresh ideas and seasonal recipes.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, upholding high standards for food preparation and presentation.
Manage inventory and supply orders, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Prepare and cook menu items in line with established recipes and techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership and kitchen management skills with a focus on quality and consistency.
Previous experience in a fine dining environment preferred.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to train, support, and motivate staff.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and inventory practices.
Creative input on menu planning and seasonal dish development.
Clear communication and collaboration skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
