Modern Ford of Boone is hiring an experienced Senior Master Automotive Technician to join our high-performing Ford service department. This position is ideal for a Master Technician or A-Level Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills who can independently handle complex mechanical and electrical repairs.

Professional, growth-focused work environment
Perform advanced mechanical, drivability, and electrical repairs
Diagnose complex vehicle issues using factory diagnostic tools and scan equipment
Complete engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake repairs
Follow Ford factory standards and manufacturer specifications
Document all diagnostic steps and repairs accurately
Maintain up-to-date certifications and technical knowledge
Communicate repair explanations clearly to service advisors and customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Follow all dealership and OSHA safety guidelines
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
Master Technician or A-Level Technician experience preferred
Ford Certification a plus
ASE Certification a plus (not required)
Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and advanced diagnostics
Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
