Full Job Description

**Client Service Coordinator**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to multiple advisors, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office operations and meeting compliance requirements. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, detail orientated with a strong work ethic, we invite you to apply.

**Duties.**

- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, responding to emails, managing client files, assisting multiple advisors, preparing for in office meetings.

- Assisting with client on-boarding, including collecting and entry of data from clients; open, update, and maintain client accounts; process account transfers; and ensure all documentation complies with firm policies.

- Maintaining complete and accurate client records and facilitating completion of tasks in CRM tool (Redtail).

- Provide back-office support to advisors such as preparing and sending documents via DocuSign, communicating with clients to satisfy inquiries, etc.

- Communicate with service providers on behalf of the client and advisors.

- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) for various office tasks and projects

**Requirements:**

- Attention to detail with high accuracy

- Proven experience with customer service, office assistant or a similar role within a wealth management firm is required

- Experience with phone systems

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Oral and written communication must be polite and professional.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Business Casual Attire
