Cooney Health, Inc. is growing and is hiring an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our exceptional team!

We are one of the largest, independently-owned benefit firms in Massachusetts with clients spanning a wide range of industries.

The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day client management activities and is critical to our continued success. This individual will work directly with our clients and partner with other members of the Cooney Health, Inc. team to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Employee Benefits Account Manager Responsibilities:

· Work jointly with clients and insurance carrier representatives to successfully retain our clients

· Consult with clients on their employee benefit needs

· Provide recommendations to help clients achieve their benefit goals

· Develop strong relationships with clients and their employees

· Manage daily service needs including responding to questions and processing enrollments

· Educate clients on new developments to ensure they remain in compliance

· Support sales team in business development efforts

Employee Benefits Account Manager Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service or client management experience
Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
Able to work both independently and with a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
MA Health and Life Producers License (a plus, but not required)
