AR Director

Join the Sweetwater Care Team!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR Director to join our finance team at Sweetwater Care in Boston, MA. As a key member of our organization, the AR Director will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable department and ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments from our patients. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team to achieve department goals and objectives
Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable productivity and efficiency
Analyze and resolve complex billing and insurance issues
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and payers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Develop and manage department budget and forecasts
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
