We are a dedicated law firm in Stoneham, MA. We are seeking a Paralegal to join our immigration law team. We help our clients navigate legalization processes such as asylum applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile Petitions, I-130s, VAWAs, and U-Visa cases.

Portuguese-speaking required.

Prior legal experience is not necessary.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. This role involves providing essential support to attorneys in document management and case preparation. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while working well in a team and on their own.

Responsibilities:

Manage case files and maintain organized document management systems.
Support attorneys in immigration case processes by assisting in preparing documents and forms for filing.
Utilize project management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks within deadlines.
Strong writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective document management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone etiquette with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
