If that's you — and you're already a good closer, not hoping to become one — keep reading. We're hiring one person, and we only hire people who are ready to own the seat.

Who we are:

NearMe Roofing. GAF Master Elite Contractor — top 3% of roofing companies in North America. We install premium systems with a premium warranty — the strongest residential roofing warranty in the industry. Our average customer isn't shopping for the cheapest roof. They're buying the best one, and they want to buy it from someone who knows what they're talking about.

We're one of the fastest-growing premium roofing contractors on the Eastside. The infrastructure — canvassing team, office operations, lead engine, CRM, internal sales platform — is already built. What we need is someone who can come in and produce at a high level from day one.

The deal, in plain terms:

3 pre-set appointments per day — 10am, 2pm, 6pm. Delivered by our in-house canvassing team and online lead flow. You sell. We feed you. If you ever have a light day, it's because you closed early.
Monday through Friday. Off Saturday and Sunday. No weekend installs, no Sunday calls, no "just one more follow-up" cutting into family time.
Aggressive tiered commission structure that rewards protecting margin and punishes heavy discounting. Top performers under this system out-earn flat-commission guys by a wide margin.
Milestone bonus when you hit your first strong personal production threshold — most new closers hit it inside their first few months.
Five-figure annual bonus for crossing a personal production target that competent, committed closers routinely hit in year one — no prior roofing experience required. If you've closed in solar, HVAC, windows, or pest control, you're already built for it.
Monthly sales competitions — cash, spiffs, prizes, bragging rights.
Gas card and company truck eligibility after 90 days of hitting your numbers.
Weekly pay on closed deals. You eat every Friday.
Year-one income for a solid closer: $120K – $180K. Top performers clear $250K+.

Real systems. We run on a custom-built internal sales platform — commissions, leads, appointments, leaderboard, all visible in real time. You'll always know exactly where you stand, exactly what you've earned, and exactly who's ahead of you. No "check with the office" games.

Real training. Ride-alongs with top producers. A full video library on our proprietary 10-Step Selling System. You don't need roofing background — we'll teach you the product. What we can't teach is how to close.

A founder who sold before he managed. The guy running this company built his career in commission sales. He knows what a clipped check feels like. He knows what a broken lead promise costs. He doesn't do either.

Competitive. You check the leaderboard. You remember who beat you last month. You're already planning how you'll beat them next month.

Disciplined. You show up on time. You run the play. You follow up. You do the boring parts of the job when nobody's watching because you know that's where the money is.

Self-starter. You don't need a manager to light a fire under you. You already woke up on fire. Management is a resource you use, not a babysitter you wait for.

Coachable. You've been great at sales long enough to know you're not done learning. You can run someone else's system without your ego getting in the way.

Don't apply if:

You need a base salary to feel safe. This is commission. If that math scares you, this isn't it.
You've been in roofing 10 years, you know everything, and you can't be coached. Our 10-Step System is non-negotiable. If you can't run someone else's play, you can't sit in this seat.
You think "bad leads" are why your current numbers are down. We give you three a day. What you do with them is on you.
You job-hop every six months with no W-2 or 1099 to back up the story. We check.
You're "exploring options." We're hiring one person. If you're not obsessed with being that person, pass.
