Are you an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships? We're seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a commercial office property in the heart of Downtown Seattle.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with the Sr. Property Manager to deliver exceptional tenant experiences, coordinate daily operations, support property performance initiatives, and help ensure our building operates at the highest standard. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy balancing administrative excellence with customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Support the day-to-day operations of Class A high-rise office property, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property administration.
Serve as a key point of contact for tenants, providing responsive and professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Assist with contract management, document preparation, filing, and data management.
Coordinate property projects and maintenance activities, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
Plan and execute tenant appreciation events and engagement activities that foster a positive workplace community.
Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and supporting general administrative functions.
Utilize Yardi, Asana, and other property management tools to track work orders, vendor activities, property data, and reporting.
Monitor rent collections, certificates of insurance, and compliance-related documentation.
Assist with lease-related administrative tasks and support landlord-tenant compliance requirements.
Effectively resolve tenant and vendor concerns while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Prepare reports related to occupancy, property performance, maintenance activities, and operational metrics.
Partner closely with the Property Manager on special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of commercial property management experience required; high-rise office experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Yardi, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong customer service mindset with proven success in resolving issues and de-escalating concerns professionally.
Experience with project coordination, accurate data management, and administrative processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A polished, professional presence and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Full-time, exempt position.
Monday–Friday schedule with an in-office work environment in Downtown Seattle.
Comprehensive benefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Orca card or parking provided.

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside in Washington or Oregon and be able to reliably commute to our Downtown Seattle office Monday through Friday.
