Full Job Description

Journeyman or Residential Wireman Foreman Electrician

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable, licensed Residential Foreman Electrician to lead projects, develop team members, and ensure consistent, high-quality work in the field. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining strong jobsite organization, and upholding company standards on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of electricians, setting clear expectations and holding accountability
Plan, organize, and execute daily jobsite activities to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications with minimal oversight
Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and completion of residential electrical systems
Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and passes inspection the first time
Anticipate jobsite needs and coordinate materials, tools, and manpower proactively
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

Valid Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License
Strong background in residential service and/or construction
Proven ability to lead jobs and crews with minimal supervision
Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
