A salaried position

What You’ll Be Doing

Direct Care & Treatment

Provide direct, individualized occupational therapy services in our clinic setting.
Plan and implement treatment sessions that promote occupational engagement and skill development using a client-centered approach.
Work collaboratively with the family unit, providing ongoing education that supports clients in reaching their goals.
Create and maintain an emotionally supportive and engaging therapeutic environment.

Evaluation, Re-evaluation, & Documentation (OT-specific)

Evaluate new clients, completing assessments that inform treatment plans in the following skill areas: fine motor, visual motor, gross motor, sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-advocacy.
Re-evaluate existing clients on an annual basis.
Timely completion of all required documentation, including weekly session notes, progress reports, evaluation reports, reevaluation reports, and discharge reports.

Evaluation, Re-evaluation, & Documentation (COTA-specific)

Collaborate with the supervising OTR to implement treatment plans set by supervising OTR
Assist in re-evaluations of existing clients on an annual basis.
With OTR supervision, timely completion of all required documentation, including weekly session notes, progress reports, reevaluation reports, and discharge reports.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate and problem solve meaningfully within our interdisciplinary team.

Professional Standards & Productivity

Maintain a 65% productivity rate. We intentionally keep this manageable to support work/life balance!
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and facility standards, including safety regulations and clinic policies.
Maintain necessary credentials and engage in ongoing continuing education.

Experienced in working with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, and general developmental delays
Passionate about pediatrics, working with children, and supporting their growth
Passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care, including a strong desire to continue learning from the neurodivergent community
Licensed in CO and NBCOT certified
A strong communicator. You’re skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and partnering with families using clear, compassionate written and oral communication

Job Type and Compensation

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000-84,000/year
Time Away from Work: 34+ days (3 Weeks PTO + Company Holidays + Sick Days). Additionally, you are paid during our annual office closure between the week of Christmas & NYD
