Used Car Manager

We are a Premium luxury and Exotic automotive dealership seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven professional who knows how to acquire, price, and move quality inventory — and who takes pride in doing it at the highest level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle department, from acquisition to retail
Manage inventory mix, pricing strategy, and turn targets to maximize gross profit
Source vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, lease returns, and direct purchases
Lead, coach, and develop the used car sales team
Collaborate with the F&I and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Monitor market trends and competitive pricing using live data tools

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a franchise dealership environment
Luxury/Exotic experience is a must
Strong wholesale and auction expertise — you know how to buy right
Proficiency CDK, VAUTO, OVE, Manheim platforms, myKarma
Demonstrated ability to hit volume and gross profit targets Month over Month
Exceptional negotiation skills, internal customers and External customers
A client-first mindset that aligns with our luxury brand standard
