Full Job Description

The Role

You are the revenue engine behind every field call. As CBC Manager, you own the outcome of every job before the truck leaves and after the wrench turns. You're not advising — you're deciding. You control the flow of each call, the options presented, the pace of close, and whether money stays on the table or goes in the invoice.

This is a seat at the top of field operations. If you've managed service techs and felt like you didn't have enough authority to actually fix what was broken — this role is the fix.

What You Control

Call Outcomes

You own the CBC process from Pre-Arrival through Close — every step, every call
You approve or redirect how techs present findings and price options
You decide when a partial repair isn't acceptable and what the full-value package looks like
You confirm the decision-maker is in the room before options are presented — no exceptions

Field Execution

You receive Step 5 Slack huddles with full diagnosis, photos, rapport notes, and G/B/B options — and you direct what happens next
You determine whether a job moves to same-day install or gets a locked handoff
You set the pace. If it's sold today, it gets done today — that standard starts with you

Tech Performance

You coach techs on pressure testing, valve assessments, anode rod pulls, and code/safety findings — in real time
You build the narrative: photos, analogies, system education — you make sure the customer understands why action is needed today
You enforce field SOPs and inspection checklists across the division

Revenue Accountability

You will be measured on:

Same-day conversion rate
Average ticket value per call
Missed opportunity rate (calls closed without a full inspection or without G/B/B presented)
Tech close rate improvement over time

This isn't a coaching role with a soft outcome. Your work shows up directly in ServiceTitan numbers — weekly.

What You Bring

3+ years managing or coaching plumbing or home service field teams
Commercial and residential service plumbing experience — required
ServiceTitan experience — required
Strong working knowledge of pressure management, water quality diagnostics, and system failure identification
Familiarity with IPC 604.8, NSF 44, and relevant plumbing codes
Proven ability to present, approve, and close G/B/B service options including financing
Direct communicator. No fluff, no ambiguity — clear and fast
