Full Job Description

Corwin Toyota in Boulder, CO is now hiring an Automotive Title Clerk to support our daily operations. Ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Must have superior customer service skills, immaculate attention to detail, clean driving record, and some accounting experience is a plus!

There are soooo many perks working for Corwin Toyota Boulder! How would you like a flexible Full-Time schedule?!?! You choose your start time between 7-9am! You also get to choose four 10-hour work shifts OR five 8-hour shifts.

· Prepare tax and title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards and benchmarks.

· Submit legal transfer of documents of Department of Motor Vehicles on a timely basis. Colorado requirement 30 days.

· Apply for duplicate titles, Dealer for resale titles as needed- use all measures necessary to expedite the process if possible and ensure all documents are delivered to the Dealership.

· Address all title issues immediately to remain in compliance with state and lien holder requirements.

· Title corrections, rejects must be handled promptly and completed accurately.

· Ensure all titling paperwork is filed in accordance with appropriate state deadlines.

· Follow up is crucial. Ensure a process to follow up with all outstanding items; frequently call lien holders, customers, DMVs etc.

· Provide excellent customer service. Assist each customer with the best possible service. Prompt service dealing with customer phone calls is extremely important for customer satisfaction.

· Problem solving skills are required . Work through problems, brainstorm, and make phone calls to necessary parties to retain ways to resolve customer/title work issues.

· Assist finance department with questions, customer issues. Add problem documents to the heat sheet as needed, use problem solving prior to adding anything to the heat sheet. Remove resolved issues from the heat sheet in a timely manner to maximize time and efficiency.

· Maintain customer, vendor and employee confidence and protect operations by exercising discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

· Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.

· Teamwork with title department, accounting office, finance, and sales department. Communicate and help each other as much as possible.

· Prioritize workload to ensure all duties are completed within deadlines.

· Perform all other job duties as requested by management.

· Comply with all company policies, procedures, and expectations.

· Complete and maintain all Dealership required training.
