Position Overview
Hide & Seek is seeking experienced Fine Dining Servers to join our hospitality team.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, guiding guests through our food and beverage offerings, executing service standards with precision, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression of Hide & Seek.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside one of Utah's most ambitious culinary and cocktail teams while developing skills within a high-performance hospitality environment.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout every guest interaction.
- Create memorable dining experiences through attentiveness, professionalism, and anticipation of guest needs.
- Build rapport with guests while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with confidence and grace.
- Ensure every table receives consistent and exceptional service from arrival through departure.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Hide & Seek brand and guest experience.
Food & Beverage Knowledge
- Develop extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and culinary concepts.
- Confidently guide guests through menu selections and dining experiences.
- Provide detailed descriptions of dishes, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
- Make informed food and beverage pairing recommendations.
- Maintain current knowledge of menu updates, seasonal offerings, and special events.
- Participate in ongoing training and menu education.
Service Execution
- Execute service standards with precision and consistency.
- Accurately enter orders and manage table progression.
- Coordinate timing between courses and beverage service.
- Maintain awareness of dining room flow and guest needs throughout service.
- Ensure food and beverage presentations meet company standards.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Dining Room Standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the dining room.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
- Properly set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
- Ensure service stations remain clean, stocked, and operational.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate closely with bartenders, support staff, hosts, managers, and culinary teams.
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Assist teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Accept coaching and feedback professionally.
- Contribute to a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience.
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred
- Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience.
- Wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Experience with Toast POS systems.
- Experience in experiential dining environments.
- Knowledge of wine pairings and elevated service standards.
