About us

Wadley & Associates, CPA, PLLC is an accounting firm located in Bourbonnais, IL.

## Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and process payroll. This role requires computer literacy and organizational skills.

## Duties

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence

-Coordinates payroll, tax payments and payroll taxes with accuracy and timeliness

- Maintain office filing systems and databases

- Assist with data entry, transcribing documents, making copies.

- Provide support to staff and visitors at the front desk

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency

## Qualifications

- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and Quickbooks preferred

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of payroll procedures and payroll tax is preferred

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
