Full Job Description

Epic Personnel Partners is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Franklin !

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM- 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00

Duties: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for a variety of positions within our organization!

Conducting full cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilizing various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
Managing candidate relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in Staffing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
