Full Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Part Time Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury team. This remote, part-time opportunity is available to candidates located in Kentucky.

Experience with cases in the State of Kentucky is required.

If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping clients, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
Strong background in insurance defense, insurance defense billing & receivables, and plaintiff’s work
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must reside in Kentucky and be able to work remotely

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and case assessments
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
Manage deadlines, case files, and hearing calendars
Maintain discovery and pleadings indexes
Assist attorneys with discovery, interrogatories, and trial preparation
Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence
Support attorneys with jury selection, witness prep, and settlement discussions
