What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.

Embrace our mission to positively impact as many children in our community as possible by reducing communication and learning barriers through high-quality pediatric speech and occupational therapy, as well as dyslexia intervention.

Maintain and manage a full-time caseload while consistently achieving target goals.

Provide engaging, play-based therapy to help children build communication, sensory, and functional skills.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Monitor client progress, document sessions accurately, and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies.

What We’re Looking For

Current Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
ASHA certification (CCC) for SLPs — Clinical Fellows and new graduates are welcome!
Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
CPR/First Aid certified (training available on-site).
A desire to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive, goal-driven environment.
