Full Job Description

Job Description:

Design evidence based ABA treatment programs specifically designed for students with identified special needs. This includes but is not limited to: assessment, written report writing, case analysis, data collection, reporting, modeling, and program development.
Ensure integrity of program implementation
Provide modeling and training to Behavioral Interventionists (BI)
Meet with Behavioral Interventionists (BI) team to provide support, guidance, direction and supervision
Meet with Assistant Clinical Director weekly to discuss client and (BI) progress.
Monitor the Behavioral Interventionists (BI) data integrity and welligent documentation daily
Prepare progress reports, tracking sheets, Data Graphs, Crisis Plan, program design and summary of assessment results for each client
Manage difficult client, parent, school, staff concerns
Complete performance evaluations of Behavioral Interventionists (BI), 3 months upon hire and annually
Attend IEP meetings
Conduct weekly field observations
Provide ongoing feedback to Assistant Clinical Director, Administrative Supervisor, Behavioral Interventionists (BI), parents and school personnel
Maintain a safe and respectful collegial work environment
Exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues, families, educational partners, and community partners
Perform disciplinary actions of (BI) when necessary
Discuss programs regularly with clinical and administrative supervisors
Provided one to one (BI) services as necessary
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification, preferred
Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Clinical Psychology or Psychology, with specialization in behavior analysis
At least two years documented experience with the provision of ABA, positive behavior supports and crisis intervention for students with emotional disabilities in the school setting
At least two years documented experience as a ABA Supervisor designing ABA programs for children with special needs in the school and/or home setting
Bilingual in Spanish, is an asset but not required

Work Hours:

Full Time, Monday – Friday 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Location:

Headquarters are located in Hermosa Beach
Field hours are located in the LAUSD catchment area
