Job Overview

The House Manager acts as a representative of treatment staff and observes all patient activity, maintains a visible presence on the clients at the treatment center, community housing, and at outside activities. The House Manager will also circulate throughout the treatment center and community housing facility. The House Manager is responsible for driving the company vehicle to ensure clients arrive safely and on time each day for scheduled actives.

Responsibilities

Developing a daily structure for residential clients.
Developing a weekly structure for the residential clients.
Overseeing residential clients.
Maintenance of vehicles and property.
Instructing and confirming the company’s rules and regulations to new admissions.
Orientating new clients to the facility and the residential facility.
Actively participating and assisting clients with tasks as requested by supervisor.
Evaluating quality of program on an ongoing basis.
Facilitating communication with ancillary services.
Attending clinical and administrative meetings to integrate inter-departmental sharing of information.
Building positive relationships with staff and clients.
Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.
Always following Infection Control Guidelines.
Reporting personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to the Infection Control Designee.
Completing and forwarding copy of Incident Reports and any other safety/risk issues immediately to the Director of Operations.
Providing a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients.
Providing and observing self-administration medication to clients
Conducting Waived Tests
Monitoring a daily report on the hourly rounds made that shift reports issues to the Director of
Operations.
Facilitating client’s rules and responsibilities and reporting noncompliance to Clinical Director and Director of Operations.

Skills/Requirements

Ability to work effectively with underserved populations and high-risk groups
A minimum of 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
Current and valid Florida Driver License.
Current CPR certification and First Aid.
Knowledge of twelve step program.
Patient Confidentiality Laws
Ability to multi task
Work as a team member
Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
Knowledge of Workplace Violence
MUST PASS LEVEL TWO AND ACHA BACKGROUND CHECK

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
