Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong computer literacy, clerical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. It is a great environment to work in with a friendly staff.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative functions including document creation, bookkeeping, and scheduling.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, both in person and through written correspondence.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist with communication needs.

Experience

Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Google Suite applications and QuickBooks.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
