SaaS Sales Closer — HomeInspections.com
We Have the Leads. We Have the Product. Can You Actually Sell?
Let's get a few things out of the way.
This is NOT an entry-level sales position.
We aren't looking for someone who wants to "break into SaaS."
We aren't looking for an order taker in a tuxedo.
And we're definitely not looking for someone whose entire sales strategy is waiting for a customer to say, "Where do I sign?"
We're looking for a SaaS sales rock star to join HomeInspections.com and help us build a national network of home inspectors.
The good news?
You aren't starting with an empty CRM.
You'll walk into approximately 400 warm inspector leads already in our portfolio, with another 5–10 new leads entering the company every week.
These aren't random names scraped off the internet. These are inspectors who have already raised their hands and shown interest in what we're building.
Our job is to create the opportunity.
Your job is to get them across the finish line.
How the Sales Process Works
Our owner hosts webinars where inspectors learn about HomeInspections.com, our platform and the opportunity 8-14 new inspectors per week.
After the webinar, qualified prospects are handed to you.
From there, you own the relationship.
You'll:
- Conduct one-on-one follow-up conversations
- Understand what's actually keeping the prospect from moving forward
- Nurture prospects who aren't ready today
- Handle objections without immediately reaching for a discount
- Close the right inspectors
- Help get them through onboarding
- Keep your pipeline moving
Everything is tracked inside our platform, including the CRM.
No spreadsheets. No sticky notes. No pretending you forgot to follow up.
Here's the Number That Matters: 20
This is a performance position.
You need to close a minimum of 20 inspectors per month to stay on the team.
That's five inspectors a week.
We're giving you a starting portfolio of approximately 400 warm leads, adding new leads every week, putting prospects through webinars with the owner, and giving you the tools and platform to manage the entire sales process.
We think 20 closes per month is a very reasonable expectation for a talented SaaS salesperson.
If that number makes you nervous, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
If you're already doing the math on how badly you could beat it, keep reading.
The Product
Our primary program is $139/month.
We also offer an $89/month plan.
We're selling something designed specifically for professional home inspectors in an industry where technology, AI, marketing and customer expectations are changing quickly.
We believe inspectors need what we're building.
That doesn't mean they'll automatically buy it.
That's why we're hiring you.
Now Let's Talk Money
You'll receive a $1,500/month base salary.
That's enough to keep the lights on.
Your commissions are where this job gets interesting.
Close an inspector on our $139/month program:
You earn $500.
Close an inspector on our $89/month program:
You earn $350.
Commissions are paid over the customer's first three months:
Month 1 — 50%
Month 2 — 30%
Month 3 — 20%
At the minimum expectation of 20 primary-plan closes per month, you're generating $10,000 in new commissions every month before your base salary, with those commissions paid according to the three-month schedule above.
Do more than 20?
Great. Keep going.
There is no commission cap.
Our first-year target is 200+ inspectors.
200 inspectors × $500 = $100,000 in commissions, plus your base salary.
And we're not building this company to stop at 200 inspectors.
Our goal is to reach approximately 2,000 inspectors within three years.
At $500 per inspector, that's potentially $1,000,000 in commissions tied to the growth of the platform if you're the person closing that business.
Is that guaranteed?
Absolutely not.
You actually have to close the inspectors.
But the opportunity is sitting there.
SaaS Experience Is Required
Seriously.
If you don't have SaaS sales experience, please don't apply.
This isn't the position where we're going to teach someone what a CRM is, how a pipeline works or why following up once isn't following up.
We want someone who understands:
Discovery.
Qualification.
Nurturing.
Objection handling.
Follow-up.
Closing.
And then doing it again.
And again.
And again.
Know NEPQ?
Are you an NEPQ nerd?
Do you follow Jeremy Miner?
Do you understand why asking the right question is usually more powerful than delivering another five-minute pitch?
Now we're talking.
We want someone who understands modern consultative selling—not someone who memorized a script and learned how to bulldoze people into saying yes.
If your definition of being a great salesperson is selling water to somebody dying of thirst in the desert, congratulations:
You're an order taker.
We're looking for a closer.
Someone who can uncover the real problem, create urgency without manufacturing BS, work through legitimate objections and help a prospect make a decision.
One More Thing About Applying
You're applying for a sales position.
So sell us.
If your application is three sentences, your résumé looks like it was fired out to 200 Indeed listings, and your follow-up consists of "Just checking on the status of my application"...
You're probably not our person.
If you can't sell us on you, we're not convinced you can sell HomeInspections.com to anyone else.
We want people who stand out.
People who follow up.
People who know how to get someone's attention.
People who make us think:
"We need to talk to this person."
If that's you, show us.
