Location: Bradenton, FL. This is primarily an on-site position where collaboration and mentorship happen in person, with flexibility to work remotely occasionally when needed.

Note: Candidates must be licensed with the Florida Bar and have 3+ years of attorney experience, including at least 1 year of transactional law experience. Estate planning experience is highly preferred, and we welcome attorneys from law firms, in-house legal departments, or solo practice who are eager to learn multiple practice areas.

Job Description

Draft and negotiate business, real estate, estate planning, and transactional documents.
Advise clients on business, corporate, and estate planning matters.
Assist with business succession planning and wealth preservation strategies.
Handle sophisticated transactional matters while expanding into additional practice areas.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Manage client files from intake through completion.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, contracts, agreements, trusts, wills, and related documents.
Build trusted client relationships through practical legal counsel.
Continue developing expertise through direct mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar license.
3+ years of attorney experience.
1+ year of transactional law experience.
Estate planning experience preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Desire to learn multiple areas of law.
Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset.
