Full Job Description

Aurelius Manufacturing is hiring a CNC Mill Machinist for our 1st shift team.

6:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday thru Thursday
Paid Breaks

The CNC Mill Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality machined parts according to blueprint specifications.

Key duties include:

Set up and operate CNC mills
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Install tooling, fixtures, and materials
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Make machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience setting up and operating CNC mills
Ability to read blueprints and understand dimensions/tolerances
Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and precision dial gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Desire to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Technical training or machining certification is a plus

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and gripping
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment: noise, dust, industrial materials
Safety is a top priority—we provide and require proper PPE at all times
