Position Overview:
This is a full-scope, relationship-focused opportunity where quality patient care is the top priority. You will work with an established patient base and be provided with the time, resources, and clinical support needed to practice at a high level. The practice is supported by a collaborative team of 9 practitioners and 54 dedicated support staff members, creating an efficient and patient-centered care environment.
Patient Volume: 24–30 patients per day with a fill rate of 96%, schedule is controlled by provider
Location: Kingman and Bullhead City, Arizona
Pay & Benefits:
- $145,000 - $150,000 annual plus production bonus eligibility

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- 4-day work weeks (flexible to other setups as well)
- 7:30-5:00 PM
- No weekends
This role offers a rare opportunity for true work-life balance in optometry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre and Post Operative care. Our clinic performs over 2,000 cataract surgeries annually
- Perform comprehensive eye exams, including refractions, ocular health evaluations, and vision assessments for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, and diabetic eye disease
- Conduct contact lens fittings, evaluations, follow-ups, and patient education for proper lens wear and care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology such as OCT, retinal imaging, visual fields, and tonometry to detect and monitor eye conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including prescribing therapeutic medications when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Revolution EHR while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Educate patients on ocular health, treatment options, preventative care, and proper contact lens hygiene and compliance
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona Optometry License
- New Graduates will be considered
- Strong clinical skills in comprehensive and medical eye care
- Experience or interest in contact lens fittings
- Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
- Team-oriented, professional, and dependable
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
