What You’ll Do
As a Home Solutions Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers find appliances and mattresses that suit their needs, while building lasting relationships. As both an appliance and mattress store, as well as a home services company, you’ll enjoy ample referral and commission opportunities across all of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Sales Excellence: Showcase and sell a range of appliances and mattresses, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Build Relationships: Foster trust and connections with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest trends and product knowledge to confidently guide customers.
- Collaborate with Your Team: Work together to exceed sales targets and create a fun, dynamic environment.
What You Bring to the Team
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (appliances or mattresses is a bonus but not required).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
