The Role

You’ll work directly with hiring leaders and candidates to:
- Identify top talent in competitive markets
- Build real relationships (not transactional calls)
- Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach to close
- Represent Dakota Legacy Advisors with professionalism and credibility

What You’ll Actually Do

- Proactively source candidates (calls, email, LinkedIn—yes, you’ll pick up the phone)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent
- Conduct candidate interviews and prepare them for success
- Partner with clients to understand what they actually need (not just job descriptions)
- Manage the process from first conversation through offer acceptance
- Deliver a high-level experience for both clients and candidates
