Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, customer service, and restaurant management. Your leadership will drive team performance, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth service flow from arrival to departure. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for hospitality and proven management skills to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front of house staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Manage shift schedules, coordinate team assignments, and oversee daily operations to optimize service efficiency and guest satisfaction
Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance skills in food handling, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer engagement
Monitor food presentation, service standards, and cleanliness to maintain compliance with food safety regulations and quality expectations
Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and oversee POS system operations during shifts
Control inventory levels for front of house supplies, manage stock rotation, and collaborate with kitchen management on food production needs
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience while fostering a hospitable environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong background in food preparation, food safety management, and customer service
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising hospitality teams; experience managing staff training and development programs
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in basic math for cash handling and financial reconciliation
Knowledge of inventory control practices, food handling procedures, and food safety standards within the food industry
Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively; experience interviewing and onboarding new staff preferred
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting; managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality management required
