About Us
Flaming Margaritas is a fast-paced, growing restaurant company focused on creating memorable guest experiences through great drinks, live entertainment, hospitality, and food. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Manager to help oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations for our restaurant locations.

Be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while managing the backbone of our restaurant’s operations with enthusiasm and precision.

Duties

Manage daily office operations to ensure seamless communication.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Monitor invoices, vendor payments, expense tracking, and maintain positive supplier relationships.
Supervise administrative functions such as bookkeeping, filing systems, and general clerical tasks to keep records accurate and accessible.
Assist with payroll preparation and reporting.
Maintain organized financial and employee records
Support event planning for special occasions or promotional events to boost restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
Maintain a clean, organized office environment that promotes efficiency and professionalism at all times.

Experience

Previous office management, administrative, bookkeeping, and/or restaurant management experience required.
Supervising experience with team management responsibilities is essential for fostering a motivated work environment.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is required for accurate financial recordkeeping.
Experience with systems such as Toast, Aloha, Restaurant365, MarginEdge, or payroll platforms is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and guests.
Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development and payroll processing is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
