Job Summary:

Maintain, service, repair and operate injection molding machines and related equipment. Accept continuous training to understand and become proficient in multiple disciplines and equipment types. Around the clock production environment, running 363 days a year.

Must be willing to support all team members with the daily challenges of high speed production.

We do not live and die by the alphabet soup of acronyms or programs embraced by large corporations such as Kaiban, Kaizen, statistic quality control or Scientific Injection Mold Certification, 6S, 5S, Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Quality adherence, SPC systems, Master Production Schedule (MPS), Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), tooling correction requests (TCRs), IQMS Knowledge, RJG Certification, maintenance correction requests (MCRs), ERP solution software, LEAN Manufacturing, RJG Certification, DSC, TGA, WCM (Flux), SPC/Statistical Analysis/DOE, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, FMEA’s and QCP’s for NPI, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, APQP, RCCM, NPI, VSM, SIPOC, Visual Management, RCCM…

Candidate Qualifications;

The perfect candidate would possess strong hands-on mechanical skills as well some basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronic control systems, hydraulic systems, cooling systems and air systems. Any experience in machining, CNC, mold making, fabrication and design is very desirable. Some computer skills are helpful. Bi-lingual is an asset. Must be self-motivated!

Just as important as the technical skills is the ability to work with team members on a diverse mix of challenges on a daily basis. Communication and awareness of the overall shop condition at all times is critical. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.

Pay based on qualifications, experience, competence and ability to learn
Involvement in all facets of injection molding production shop
11 injection molding machines from 28 to 150 ton capacity
Complete small mold making facility
In house automation design and creation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
