Pay: $50,000 to $85,000 Depending on Experience

Are you an experienced Automotive Styling Salesperson? Seeking Vehicle Protection Salesperson/ Admin for immediate hire in our Orange County, CA location.

We provide top level Clear Bra (PPF) installations, Window Tinting, Windshield Protection, Paint Correction, and Ceramic Coatings. We believe our team sits behind the wheel of the Ultimate Shield brand that drives our company toward success.

We need someone who:

✔ Owns the first impression

Duties/Responsibilities:

Providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish
Responsible for closing prospects/ leads
Answering phone/ Making follow up calls
Scheduling/ Calendar management
Customer greetings/ Check ins
Creating estimates, work orders, & invoices
Update customer with pics, text, email, schedule pick up, quality control
Accept customer payments, provide warranty cards, check out
"Thank you" follow ups
Proactively promoting repeat and referral business
Keeping inventory/ Restocking supplies
Handling social media posts

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Charismatic "People" person
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration and recordkeeping systems.
Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $85,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50/hr. Generous commission and bonus incentives based on 5 star reviews, Warranty Product Upsells, Service Upsells, and tips. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education/ training.

Schedule:

7:30-5:30 PM ; Monday - Friday
Certain Saturdays may become required rotationally with the team
