Guest Services Senior Coordinator Job description

Summit Mountain Rentals is a leading vacation rental management company with locations in Breckenridge, Colorado and Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We are seeking a motivated and service-driven individual to join our team and help support our continued success across both markets.

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to play a key role in our guest services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service— with experience in reservations, front desk, or concierge roles—and be comfortable working independently while aligning with company goals. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ongoing guest communication through multiple platforms
Verifying reservations on third party systems
Verifying all documents are completed for check in
Advanced guest appeasement and troubleshooting
Focus on key partnerships that will enhance the guest experience
Key and guest collateral management
Promote a detail-oriented and guest-focused culture within the team

Qualifications:

Proven track record of exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn internal reservation systems and third-party platforms
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure
Prior experience in guest services, reservations, or concierge roles required
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
Availability for overnight on-call shifts is mandatory
