Build a Career Where You Actually Want to Go to Work
You show up early because you actually want to be there.
You’re hanging doors, setting cabinets, running trim, and fixing real problems in real homes.
Everyone else on the team works hard too, so you push yourself, learn, and get rewarded for it.
At the end of the day, you wrap up your tasks, send in your notes, and ask what’s on deck tomorrow.
Every job is a little different. Every day, you see what you built.
As you drive home, you think, “This feels nothing like my last job. My boss actually cares, my team has my back, and I’m building something I’m proud of.”
If you’re a clock‑puncher who wants to do the bare minimum, this is not for you.
If you want a real career, not just a job, keep reading.

The Role
We are hiring an Interior Remodeling Carpenter to complete high-quality work on kitchen, bath, basement, and interior projects in occupied homes.
This is a hands-on carpenter role first, with a clear path to grow into a Lead Carpenter over time. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and existing team to keep jobs moving, clean, and on schedule.
You are not being asked to be a full superintendent on day one.
What You Will Do
You will perform residential interior remodeling work, including:
- Kitchen and bathroom remodel tasks
- Basement finishing
- Cabinet installation and adjustments
- Interior doors, trim, and finish carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Drywall repairs and light framing
- Punch‑list completion
You will also:
- Work in occupied homes: protect surfaces, control dust, keep sites clean and safe
- Follow scopes, drawings, and written task lists
- Help keep tools and materials organized throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
- Take basic photos and notes on a smartphone/tablet to document progress
As you grow, you may:
- Help direct helpers/apprentices on site
- Take more ownership of daily planning and quality checks

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Your own basic carpentry tools
Nice to Have

- 4‑day work week most weeks (4×10s)
- Company vehicle & fuel card for qualified employees
- Paid lunches
- Paid vacation and paid holidays
- Consistent, year‑round work
- Clear standards and expectations
- Real path to Lead Carpenter as we grow
Honest Stuff
- We are a small, growing company and do not currently offer health insurance or a retirement plan. If those are your top priorities today, we may not be the right fit.
- We are a non-union residential remodeler. Everyone on the team, including experienced carpenters, pitches in with protection, cleanup, loading trucks, and basic jobsite tasks to keep projects on time and clients happy. If you prefer a big, segmented company where you only do one narrow task, this won’t be a fit.
Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
