Full Job Description

Automotive Apprenticeship Group (AAG) provides a technician and service advisor training and development program designed specifically for today's dealership environment. Dealers today face significate obstacles to finding and retaining technicians. The AAG solution offers turnkey support and a new pipeline of talent that hasn't existed in our industry before.

AAG is looking for Automotive Industry professionals with a solid knowledge of new car dealer operations including fixed ops, front of house, and daily operations, to provide consultations and direct partnership support for dealerships in and around the North Bay area of California.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role, with most work being done hands on in the field in around the North Bay in California. In this role, you will be the Business Partnerships Manager for the assigned territory and will be responsible for managing business relationships from first reach to closing agreement and setting the dealer up for success with AAG Apprenticeship. The Business Partnership Manager is responsible for building and maintaining accounts, creating apprentice job placement, and enhancing communication with key stakeholders. This role is the face of Automotive Apprenticeship Group to Dealerships in their community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong business relationship management and relationship building experience.
Ability to track & meet required KPI for cold calls, outreach, presentations, etc.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Must be Microsoft proficient)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
3-6 years working with or in the Automotive Retail space. Strong knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket & dealer body - Experience in a dealership is not required, but is a plus!
Reliable transportation and ability to travel in market 80% of the time
Current Driver's License
Successful completion of a background check

This role has a base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 (Based on location and experience) and comes with a solid commission structure per each apprentice placement and mileage reimbursement package.
