Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice, Celebrate Dental and Braces. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that ensures a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and organizational skills will help foster a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks with precision. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care and patient service.

Duties

Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
Manage patient scheduling using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix, including appointment confirmations and rescheduling
Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes efficiently
Collect patient information, update medical and dental records, and review documentation for accuracy in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary
Assist with medical billing and collection processes, including processing payments and explaining treatment costs to patients
Maintain organized medical records, handle filing of documents, and ensure confidentiality of health information in accordance with HIPAA standards

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing medical records, documentation review, and office management tasks
