Recruitment Operations & Talent Manager-Home Care Agency
Lead the Team Behind Exceptional Senior Care
$68,000-$75,000 Base Salary PLUS Bonus Opportunity + On-Call Stipend

Full-Time On-Site + On-Call Rotation Required

Join us at Seniors Helping Seniors! We are a growing home care agency seeking a Recruitment Operations and Talent Manager to lead caregiver recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention.

About the Role

As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Operations & Talent Manager who understands that exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers.

This is more than a recruiting role. You will lead the agency's caregiver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts, helping build a workforce that delivers outstanding care and supports our continued growth. Working closely with a Recruiting Coordinator, you will oversee the caregiver journey from initial candidate engagement through onboarding, development, and long-term success with the agency.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who enjoys recruiting, coaching, problem-solving, and creating programs that help caregivers feel supported, valued, and connected to our mission. You'll partner with agency leadership to develop workforce strategies, improve the caregiver experience, strengthen retention, and ensure we have the talent needed to meet the growing needs of seniors and their families.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute recruiting strategies that support agency growth and staffing objectives.
Lead full-cycle caregiver recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and hiring
Build strong candidate pipelines through Indeed, referrals, community partnerships, schools, workforce programs, and local networking
Lead new-hire orientation and ensure caregivers are prepared for a successful first shift
Develop caregiver engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
Conduct caregiver check-ins and 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention touchpoints
Coordinate caregiver training and professional development
Partner with scheduling and operations to address caregiver concerns and improve retention
Track recruiting, retention, staffing, and workforce performance metrics
Develop strategies to improve time-to-hire, first-shift conversion, and caregiver retention
Continuously improve education programs to ensure caregivers are fully prepared to represent the agency and provide high-quality client care.
Help maintain the caregiver capacity needed to support continued agency growth
Ensure compliance with employment laws, agency policies, and caregiver employment requirements.
Participates in the agency’s manager on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, workforce planning, or related experience
Prefer experience in Home Care; equivalent senior care, healthcare experience considered.
Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Proven ability to develop recruiting and retention strategies
Experience using recruiting or workforce data to drive decisions
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be accountable for results

Compensation and Benefits:

$65,000–$75,000 annual salary, based on experience
PLUS Performance-based bonus opportunity
