Full Job Description

SUMMARY:

At Barletta, we are proud of the service delivery and customer experience we provide to our dealer network as well as the retail customers that choose a Barletta pontoon boat. As an extension to our Customer Experience team, the Receiver, is a key role in our operations. This role helps to ensure incoming inventory is processed and put away, while maintaining accurate inventory. Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and computer skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving: Packing slips are to be reviewed and compared to physical materials for accuracy.
Data Entry: Working knowledge of computer programs and entering data.
Inventory: Help to maintain inventory accuracy, organize and put away incoming material
Cycle Count: Cycle count on hand inventory to help ensure accurate inventory, as needed
Documentation: Records should be accurate, complete, timely, and organized.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating with the warehouse team, buyers, accounts receivable, and department leads to ensure receipts are accurate.
Quality: Ensure incoming products meet Barletta’s premium standards
Continuous Improvement: Identify and bring forward opportunities for process improvements.
Safety: Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactively identifies opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with WMS or ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.
Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
Perform other general duties as directed.
Good written and verbal communication
Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
