We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee quality assurance processes within our manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will help maintain the integrity of our products by implementing rigorous quality systems and conducting comprehensive audits. Duties

SUMMARY:

Performs inspection activities for the Quality Assurance Department. Using
various inspection techniques and methodologies will inspect for visual, dimensional and some
physical test attributes. Work may be performed in various environments e.g., clean room areas
and Receiving, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs inspection activities at receiving, filling, packaging, support, compounding and retain areas. Ability to use basic
inspection tools such as; pH meter, conductivity meter, micrometers, calipers, and scales.
Supervise QA In-Process Inspectors.
Interact and coordinate with various departments on related quality issues.
Verification of manufacturing operations during manufacturing and logbook review.
Monitor and maintain records of temperature monitoring in areas of responsibility.
Perform level I review of related QA documents.
Review and update related QA procedures, such as SOP, MPR, SPC etc.
Perform inspections of material at receiving, in-process, final release to assure conformance to product specifications.
Ability to handle small and fragile parts during the inspection process while minimizing damage.
Maintain adequate records of inspections and testing.
Initiate non-conforming material reports upon detection of non-conforming material.
Maintain QA quarantine and retain areas and materials files.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
