Master’s-Level Therapist – Children & Adolescents Elevate Counseling Services | Raynham Massachusetts | Fee-for-Service

Looking for a practice where you can grow as a clinician—not just build a caseload?

Elevate Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Master’s-level therapist to join our collaborative private practice. This position focuses on working with children, adolescents, and adults, beginning at age 5, while providing opportunities to develop your clinical interests and specialty areas.

We welcome clinicians with experience across a variety of behavioral health settings, including outpatient mental health, In-Home Therapy (IHT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), hospitals, community mental health, or other higher-acuity environments. This experience provides a strong foundation for transitioning into or expanding within outpatient practice.

What You'll Do

Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Utilize developmentally appropriate and evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, expressive therapy, CBT, and other modalities
Complete initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team
Monitor progress and ongoing medical necessity
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team meetings
Provide appropriate crisis support and intervention when clinically necessary
Maintain professional, ethical, and HIPAA standards
Build strong therapeutic relationships while providing compassionate, strength-based care

In-Home Therapy (IHT)

Crisis or higher-acuity behavioral health

Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or complex clinical presentations is strongly valued.

Experience or training in play therapy, expressive therapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, or other therapeutic approaches is welcomed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counselor Education, or a related field
Degree must be eligible for Massachusetts licensure, with the clinician actively working toward required clinical hours for LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or applicable equivalent licensure
Experience providing mental health services during or after graduate school
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while also being an active member of a collaborative clinical team
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Computer proficiency and ability to utilize an Electronic Health Record
Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Schedule

This position requires availability 4–5 days per week, with shifts generally scheduled within one of the following windows:

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Flexibility is important due to the scheduling needs of children, adolescents, and families.
